3. User Responsibilities

As a user of PAYMAL, you agree to:

4. Buyer Responsibilities

As a buyer on PAYMAL, you agree to:

• Communicate respectfully with sellers
• Complete transactions fairly and honestly
• Not attempt to circumvent PAYMAL for transactions
• Leave honest reviews about your experience

5. Seller Responsibilities

As a seller on PAYMAL, you agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions and photos of items for sale
• List items that you legally own and have the right to sell
• Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner
• Complete transactions in good faith
• Not engage in fraudulent or misleading listings
• Maintain a professional communication standard

6. Transaction Process

PAYMAL facilitates connections between buyers and sellers. The transaction process works as follows:

• Buyer browses listings on PAYMAL
• Buyer contacts seller through PAYMAL messaging
• Buyer and seller negotiate terms and arrange meetup details
• Transaction is completed directly between buyer and seller outside PAYMAL
• Users may leave reviews about their experience

Important: PAYMAL is a marketplace platform for connection only. We do not facilitate, hold, or manage payments. All transaction details, payment methods, and delivery arrangements are negotiated directly between buyer and seller.

7. Prohibited Items and Activities

You agree not to list or attempt to sell:

• Stolen goods or items obtained illegally
• Counterfeit or replica products
• Items that violate intellectual property rights
• Hazardous materials or weapons
• Items that are prohibited by local law
• Used items represented as new without clear disclosure

8. User Accounts and Verification

To use PAYMAL, you must create an account with accurate information. Sellers are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to:

• Verify your identity and legitimacy as a seller
• Build trust with potential buyers
• Comply with regulatory requirements

You agree not to create multiple accounts or misrepresent your identity.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Reviews and Ratings

Users may leave reviews and ratings about their experience with other users. You agree to:

• Leave honest and truthful reviews

PAYMAL reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

PAYMAL is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy or quality of listings
• The conduct or reliability of buyers or sellers
• Disputes arising from transactions completed outside our platform
• Payment issues or mishandled funds
• Delivery or loss of items during transaction

PAYMAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for platform usage.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these terms, including but not limited to:

• Listing prohibited items
• Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
• Harassment of other users
• Circumventing PAYMAL to avoid fees
• Repeated policy violations

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malawi. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Malawi courts.
